A: TNT Executive Services is contracted directly by individuals, businesses, churches, associations, nonprofit organizations, and government agencies.
Q: What services do you provide exactly?
A: In the role of a consultant, or intermediary, TNT Executive Services imparts its expertise to its clients for a wide range of risk management planning – from security and defense to public relations and disaster recovery.
Q: What qualifies you as an expert for risk management?
A: Depending on the application, we draw on the experience of our managing directors, partners, and ongoing educational training offered by the leading associations of our industry. For more information click on the Resources tab on the navigation bar on the right side of your screen.
Q: Is TNT Executive Services licensed to operate?
A: When our professional recommendations determine that another licensed contractor and/or personnel may be required, TNT Executive Services will either operate under the license of that contractor in the jurisdiction where certain professional services are required by local or state law. If that practice is not permitted by law, then a qualified subcontractor will be retained for its professional services on behalf of TNT Executive Services’ client. Q: Are TNT Executive Services Agents licensed to work anywhere?
A: Every state, and sometimes particular locales, require specialized licensing for the frontline operators. We ensure that every individual working for any of our clients meets licensing requirements for the field of their practice.
Q: What are some examples of the different types of licenses required to perform security and investigative services?
A: Licensing requirements vary depending on the jurisdiction of the operation. For example, for commercial secure transportation needs, a charter operation license may be required; security companies and private investigators require their own state licensing throughout most of the United States. Executive protection agents, bodyguards, and security guards also need to have current permits to work in most cases. Also, there is generally a separate requirement for additional licensing to carry a firearm if in fact having armed security agents is deemed necessary or otherwise requested.
Q: How can I be sure that all of these licenses and permits are valid when being managed by TNT Executive Services?
A: We perform background investigations on all agents who service our clients. Furthermore, we require a higher level of ongoing continuing education and on-the-job training that typically exceeds state and federal minimums. After TNT Executive Services has vetted each applicant, we can guarantee that our clients are being served by the most highly skilled, licensed, and insured representatives available.
Q: What is a threat assessment?
A: A threat assessment is ever changing depending on the application. Typically a threat assessment is partially conducted through a series of pre-scripted questions to help us understand the client’s particular needs. The next phase of the assessment is in the form of an onsite visit and interview of key individuals within a principle client’s sphere of influence. The last component is a written report and/or presentation to the client to explain how their safety and security needs should be enhanced.
Q: How much do your services cost?
A: TNT Executive Services is proud to offer a complimentary, confidential, and precursory assessment for any qualified principle. If a determination is made that an in depth survey should be performed, TNT Executive Services will either perform or coordinate that assessment. Fees vary based on location, ease of access, and case complexity. Contact a TNT Executive Services representative for more information.
Q: If I want to have a security team in place within twenty-four hours, can TNT Executive Services offer that?
A: Yes. If based on a preliminary assessment and with a negotiated retainer fee, in most cases TNT Executive Services can have a team assembled in under twelve hours.
Q: What about private investigations?
A: Private Investigations can become very technical depending upon the breadth of the case. General investigations and background checks can be performed relatively easily. Cases involving surveillance, asset searches, missing persons, corporate espionage, electronic counter surveillance, or any combination thereof are able to be performed for a premium.
